I have been a big fan of Meal Plan Monday. I am so excited to join. This is a short week for us because we are going out of town to visit friends that recently had a baby.

Wednesday: Chicken Enchilada's
Thursday: Cheese Coney's
Friday: Out of town
Saturday: Out of town
Sunday: WWFITF (Whatever we find in the fridge)
