Today marks the first day of my fitness journey. I have a very good friend and neighbor that is going to be my personal "Trainer". My first goal is to be able to run for 20 minutes, not stop, in 10 weeks. I do not want to look at the longterm goal, because I will get frustrated with myself if it doesn't happen fast. My workout days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I will post more as my fitness journey goes and let you know my progress.
